Abstract of the Lecture:

Where did the “Chinese nation” theory come from? How will there be any development? When we look back at the past, will suddenly find that today we are familiar with the name, once the ancestors as the fire as careful care. From the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, the “Chinese nation” theory is constantly improving with the change of the times. The history of modern China is based on the background of national history and is based on modern academic methods and systems. In a series of historical publications, textbooks as the most common historical books, the implementation of the national ideology, is an important part of national education. At the same time, Japan has established a set of imperial history narrative. This narrative is distinct from the world history of European and American historians, with a distinct oriental color. And successfully became the historical narrative of the leading position in China since then, and has been carried out in textbooks.
